Despite Corona: our four-legged employees start seasonal work on time

In the now already fourth season Suffolk sheep have been taking the slopes of the Saalhäuser vineyard under their hooves. Nibbling, they remove shoots from the vine and keep the vine lane pleasantly short. Their presence has already significantly reduced the use of machinery and human labor in the experimental vineyard in previous years. The 12 female colleagues of this season have settled in quickly and appreciate not only the vineyard but also the lush meadow orchard right next to the Saale river.
